*WILLIAM HARRIS HOMESTEAD – is an award-winning Georgia landmark listed on the National Register of Historical Places. The Homestead features an 1825 log house and outbuildings, lush gardens, and stunning landscapes.
*WAREHOUSE ANTIQUES & ESTATE MALL – features over 17,000 square feet of antiques at unbeatable prices.
*ON STAGE – is Walton County's community theatre. The company has produced over 115 shows in Monroe since 1974 and continues to be an important cultural attraction in Monroe, established for the purpose of "bringing a little culture to our town".
*ANTIQUE RAIL TROLLEY – has multiple stops to give you time to connect to all of the Downtown Monroe antique malls, and places for dining and shopping.
*DAVIS-EDWARDS HOUSE – is one of the oldest structures in Walton County. Only two families occupied this house in Monroe over its 125 years, and has been furnished to reflect how the Davis family might have lived during the mid-1800's. The house is available for group and individual tours.
*MCDANIEL-TICHENOR HOUSE – is the Monroe house of Henry Dickerson-McDaniel, who was born in 1836. Today the house can be toured and rented out. The house features a gift shop, as well.
*MONROE ART GUILD – established in 1994, the guild in Monroe provides public exhibits, classes and workshops for children and adults.
*SKYDIVE MONROE – is a year-round skydiving center offering state of the art instruction and equipment. Located at the Monroe-Walton County Airport in Monroe, Skydive Monroe is the only skydiving location on the east side of Atlanta.
*THE AG CENTER – is located in Monroe and features a two story metal building with enclosed front area housing a lobby or meeting area, a kitchen, an ADA, accessible restrooms, two offices, a review stand and a covered show arena. Also there is an outdoor horse-riding ring with a review stand. The meeting room and kitchen area is often used for gatherings such as bridal showers and company rallies.
