*CHARLIE LOUDERMILK PARK- In the triangle formed by Piedmont Road, Roswell Road, and Blackland Road is a triangular park known as Charlie Loudermilk Park (renamed from Triangle Park in 2009). Located within the park is The Storyteller, by sculptor Frank Fleming, depicting a man with a buck's head telling a story to various other animals.
THE GEORGIA GOVERNOR'S MANSION - The Mansion is a three-level, 30-room Greek Revival style home built in 1967, and stands magnificently on 18 acres. The structure is the official home of the Governor of the State, located in Tuxedo Park
*FIVE-STAR PROMINENCE -Two of the nation's fourteen Mobil five-star restaurants — Seeger's and The Dining Room at the Ritz-Carlton Buckhead — can be found here.
*TOP 10 AFFLUENT COMMUNITIES - The Robb Report magazine has consistently ranked Buckhead one of the nation's "10 Top Affluent Communities" due to "the most beautiful mansions, best shopping, and finest restaurants in the Southeast.
*LENOX SQUARE - is an upscale, enclosed super regional shopping mall in Buckhead. Opened in 1959, it contains over 1.5 million square feet of upscale shopping, anchored by Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale's and Macy's.
*PHIPPS PLAZA - is the sister-mall adjacent to Lenox Square. Phipps is renowned for its exquisite interior decor, which consists of mahogany walls, marble floors, glass elevators, chandeliers, and a massive carpeted grand staircase. *BOUNTIFUL BOUTIQUES - Buckhead contains the highest concentration of upscale boutiques in the United States.
*CARDIAC HILL - Runners in the annual Peachtree Road Race refer to this area of Buckhead, which is home to Piedmont Hospital and the catastrophic care hospital Shepherd Center. The racers run on Peachtree Road between the facilities.
*DIPLOMATIC MISSIONS - Buckhead is home to a large share of Atlanta's general consulates, including those of Australia, Greece, Brazil,and France.
*UNIVERSITY OF GEORGIA - The Terry College of Business, Executive Educatio Center is located in Buckhead
